Kat Pascal
Kat Pascal is an experienced business advisor with a demonstrated history in operations management. She has worked in banking and manufacturing, managed multiple small businesses, and served non-profits as well. Her skillset includes coaching, sales, team building, and business development. Kat started Spotless America in 2011 and has co-owned Farmburguesa Restaurants since their inception in 2018. She also founded Latinas Network, a regional non-profit for Latina professionals, in 2020. Kat has continued her education at Virginia Western Community College. She and her partner Jimmy Delgado are proud parents to two sons: Julian and Jacob, and three playful pups: Jax, Jackie, and Skye. In her free time, Kat enjoys family time.
Shannon N. Dominguez
Shannon N. Dominguez, Director of Development and Senior Consultant, is a developmental strategist focusing on fundraising for the nonprofit sector. In 2021, she worked with Project Forward to raise $450,000 in cash & in-kind donations within 90 days. The proceeds went to 8,000 pairs of shoes for economically disadvantaged children. In 2022, Shannon became the fundraising manager for DreamTree Project, a nonprofit in New Mexico that provides shelter to homeless youth. She coordinated a radio fundraiser that raised over $27,000 in less than a week!
She is also a co-founder & board member of Latinas Network, a 501(c)3, and is passionate about creating a future where her children can see Latinas represented everywhere.
Marina Trejo
Marina Trejo who is the founder and owner of Dream Dance & Fitness Studio based in Roanoke, Virginia. Originally from Mexico and vibrantly brings her passion of sports and dance to an ever-growing community worldwide. A dancer since she was seven years old, Marina has since grown into her current leadership within the fitness industry for the past 10 years as a certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer. Known by her dedicated fitness clients and dance community as "She Who Dances with Joy," Marina is committed to ensuring that everyone she works with to find their purpose in what they do. In 2021, she was awarded by the Latinas Network for her successful career and achievements as a professional Latina and honored as an exemplary role model to her community, especially to young girls.
Dream Dance is sweeping the region with its biggest talent for professional choreographed dances for Quinceañeras, a unique coming of age celebration for girls. Dream Dance Studio is the only dance business on the East Coast that specializes in dance choreography for Quinceañeras celebrations as well as dance fitness classes, with instruction in both English and Spanish.
Marina believes that knowledge is power, and that shared knowledge is a superpower! This belief paved the way for her vision of creating a dance community where everyone can learn, embrace their heritage as they have fun.
Angie Hernandez
She’s passionate about telling stories that elevate unheard voices. She believes that we should all make the choice of seeing the good every day and that — we can all take part on helping others become the best versions of themselves by sharing experiences and showing compassion. She is an entrepreneur, creator, mother of 8-year-old son, Sebastián.
She has served as a host of Let’s Talk Show for Latinas Network and she is also a co-founder.
